Why do they say fast food is bad for our health

Why do they say fast food is bad for our health?
It's just bread=carbohydrate meat=protein. nothing bad about it... you can't eat to much carbohydrate otherwise you get fat, but you don't find carbohydrate only at fast food places lol

It's not that, it's the tremendous amounts of extra fat they add on for flavor. So people think it tastes better. A burger from McDonalds could have around 50g of fat, and the worst of it would be Trans Fat which is extremely hard for your body to completely rid itself of it. 50g of fat is the equivalent of 1hour of moderately hard aerobics.

True, but don't underestimate how clever these food manufacturers are. They are in business to make money after all. They want you to come back for more, so their food is designed to contained just the right mix of sugar (also carbs), salt and fat to overstimulate certain centers in your brain. Some people literally get addicted to fast food.

it is bad for u because of how they make it for example at places i rather not say they make food by drenching it in oil

Because its a days worth of calories in one meal. So you have two more meals in the day and you are far over what you should be in terms of calories.

its the oils.. fried oils are supposed to be like, carcinogenic right? i think places are using peanut oils to be healthy but, im not sure if that just helps with the trans fats amounts.. ive heard the safest oil to cook with is coconut oil and im sure theres other good oils but i dont know too much about it. like olive oils healthy, but its not good to fry foods in oils.. especially if your diet's poor, no antioxidants and things.. fast food can taste like fake food and not even feel satisfying. carbs are kinda addictive. oh and fast food (fried food) is bad for the arteries.

It's bad because you can consume up to a day's worth of calories but with little nutrition with it. White bread is sugar with little nutrients. The meat is often processed with additives your body does not know what to do with them. Plus the excessive salt and oils... Sure it is cheap and it fills you up but it equates to you filling yourself up with rubbish. It's a bad bad "meal.
