How to lose weight, when I hate health foods?

I really want to lose weight before starting back to school in September. I want to try & eat healthier, cause at the minute all I really eat is junk food. The only problem is.. I HATE most healthy foods :/ I don't like ANY fruit or veg. I'm not too fussed on yogurt or anything like that. Can anyone give me any ideas of healthy food that I may like? Or any foods that will make me feel full so I'm not going to snack on junk foods?

Well vegetables are the best choice, you can try more fibrous foods to help, such as beans, higher protein foods to help, and avoid junk food.

If you don't like fruits or vegetables, your missing out on loads of valuable nutrients. Consider blending/juicing. Making egg omeletes with vegetables. Making chicken stir fry where the chicken taste overpowers the vegetables. Acknowledge the reason why your not in good shape is because you have been replacing the vegetables and fruits with junk. If you want to get over the junk, don't surround yourself with it. If that means not going to certain parts of stores, do that. Taking living healthy seriously and you will see results. It doesn't have to taste bad if you know how to cook.

jogging or running but that's harder at times than eating right . but you also mite find it fun after a while .

i always see these jenny craig commercials and it says that all you have to do is eat and run. you lose weight while eating the foods you love. usually just have eggs bacon vitams and oj for breakfast, for lunch have a sandwich with water or sprite, for a snack have a pickle or half of a stick of dark choaclate because it is good for the heart and for dinner have sparkling water with pasta or chicken. i read this stuff and this is basically what selena gomez eats but i didn't write everything it actually said. i hope this helps if it doesnt sorry!

i dont know how much weight you plan on losing, theres like 3 weeks till sept. and you really gotta get over your dislike of healthy food. you dont like any fruit? no bananas or strawberries or watermelon? how does anyone not like any fruit? i get veggies (i love corn on the cob and mashed potatoes) but that's just weird. try taking a walk around the fruit and veggie section at the store and see if theres anything you'd be willing to try. as for healthy foods.... http://www.theloseweightdiet.com/diet-foods.html good luck! i recommend doing some exercise as well if you wanna see any real difference in 3 weeks.

3 Helpful Tips 1. It is not absolutely vital to change what you eat if it is too taxing but rather one needs to modify the number of meals eaten. Optimally this should range from 6-8 meals. The reason is that fat builds up when we eat too much at once. 2. Try not to eat carbs 3 hours before bed because this too will store as fat because the energy from the carbs is not burned very much during inactivity this doesn't mean to have a low carb diet. 3. As for healthy foods - I lost 20 lbs (in 6-8 weeks) by making healthy shakes in a blender. For example a tasty blend would be: 1 cup oatmeal + 1 scoop of vanilla protein + 1-2 tbsp of organic peanut butter - you can experiment with this basic structure and add variety to it if needed but overall the aforementioned blend would be pretty complete food in regards to carbs-protein-fat ratio. Also it would count as 1 meal. If you are not eating any fruits and veggies I would recommend taking a one-a-day multivitamin in which all the % are near 100. Be Well and Goodluck
