Do you have to necessarily boil all fermented drink or foods, or is it better withot boiling? What's in fermented food, or drink? Bacteria, virus, or both?

coke, beer, pickles, saur kraut, cheeses, yogurts, lots of things are fermented. Fermentation is caused by yeasts and bacterias. NOT all bacterias are harmful. Some are very beneficial. Do you boil the yogurts? or the cottage cheeses? or beers or wines? NO! we do not have to boil everything. We don't even have to heat it. The heat kills the bacteria or yeast after a certain temperature so it doesn't grow any more. There is NO virus in fermented foods or drinks.

For the most part yes, especially beer ,wine, and cognac, and .some kimchi and yogurt.except for distillation of brandy ,cognac none of the others are boiled to my knowledge and virus's are not a natural part of any of them though various bacteria are in,buttermilk, yogurt, sauerkraut, sourdough bread and many others that are beneficial to your digestive system.
