Its funny how people claim its the government! lol If there was a demand for it and people in the ghetto would actually purchase the food or services, best believe they would have one of those businesses there. If I owned one, the ghetto is the LAST place I'd think to open my business out of fear of loosing money. Its all about money. Thats like putting a vegan food restraurant in the middle of the hood
